A smarter parcel station deserves a smarter story.
My Urban Box installs smart parcel stations that bring order, convenience and efficiency to office receptions and company campuses. The product solves a very real workplace problem. Our job was to make that value impossible to miss: sharpening the positioning and building the AI + people engine that brings the story to market every day.

The challenge
Nobody wakes up wanting a parcel locker. But every office and facility manager knows the daily stream of couriers, the reception desk turned sorting centre, and the parcel that quietly disappears. My Urban Box solves exactly that, for every carrier at once. Yet its marketing talked about the hardware instead of the headache it removes.
What we did
We rebuilt the story around the problem people actually feel: sharper propositions for each audience, and a brand narrative the sales team can tell in one breath. Then we built the always-on side of the engine, with search visibility and Google Ads that keep the right companies finding My Urban Box.
Components from the myurbanbox.eu website, and the always-on side: a remarketing ad built only from the site’s own copy and photos.

The results
Clearer sales conversations, and more of them going somewhere: first pilot projects signed and lockers placed at a nationwide bank. And because the engine was built to run without constant hand-holding, it’s still running today.
The ebook we designed, “Wie Last-Meter Logistik die Zustellung 2026 neu definiert”, and the carousel of seven insights that promotes it.
As our fractional CMO, Joost built a repeatable marketing engine that still delivers today. It gave our team a story to tell in one breath, and led to 25% more positive sales conversations.”
